Try Jo-Jo's, or the top of the NBC building, The Rainbow Room, or River Cafe located just a quick taxi away under the Brooklyn Bridge overlooking the skyline of Manhattan.What's the most romantic restaurant in nyc?
It's hard to specify as romantic. Places like Serendipity are full of children and is usually noisy. I would prefer Chanterelle in Tribeca. Their food is amazing and it's a cozy, wonderful place.
