What are some fairly inexpensive restaurants in Bronx or Manhattan that sell spicy foods? It should be open in the day time, during the week. It could be Vietnamese, Brazilian, Arabic or any other style. However, it can't be Northern European, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese? It must also be a clean restaurant.
