My friends and I are heading to NYC this week and we are trying to find an affordable dinner restaurant that has a somewhat fancy atmosphere. We would like to dress in nice knee length dresses and heels, but not over-the-top fancy attire. I know this is specific, but NYC is diverse. Yes, I suggest you save your money and grab a good New York Hot Dog and catch a good play. Save the nice restaurant stuff for when you go home.
