Restaurant week in NYC $20 lunch?

I saw this in Frommer's New York City travel guide that there is a Restaurant Week in both Jan and Jun, you can get $20 for lunch and $35 for dinner in the finest restaurant, but I can't find any detail, does anyone know more? thank you.

I have done this many times, but I don't know when the next one is but it should be July and January in Manhattan and it was in March in Brooklyn. The trick is to make reservations early, the most famous places get booked fast. Also some of the best places only do lunch. Summer Restaurant Week happens for 2 weeks in July. There are no announcements about it yet. But the lunch price is $24.07 for a three course lunch (and dinner is $35, as you said).



It's a really great deal and the best places book up first, but that does not mean you should not try to get in on these excellent menus and dishes at most of the participating restaurants! It's kind of hard to go wrong at these prices.
