What's a good gift to give to the "man who has everything"?

For almost two years now, I have been "seeing" this guy who will be turning 33 in a few weeks. I myself am 29.

Now to help you understand my dilemma, let me tell you the story of him and I.

Almost two years ago, we met in Las Vegas and it turns out he lives in NYC, and I live upstate. We hit it off, and have stayed in touch. Every couple of months I go down to the city and stay with him for a weekend and we always have a blast. Not to mention he is a complete gentlemen and treats me like a lady-but also pays for everything we do!

There has never been any mention of us becoming boyfriend/girlfriend, but it is clear the admiration is there.

He is a VERY busy guy. Not only does he work his 9-5 during the week, but he is also part owner of a restaurant, which consumes half of his free weekends.

My issue is this: I want to get him something for his birthday, but something simple. He has plenty of money, so if there is something he ever wants, he just gets it. He is also from Europe and has lived in this country for almost 12 years now, so he still has his European flair-if you know what I mean.

I've thought about a watch, but it seems so "normal", and besides he already has 4 nice ones....HELP ME!! ha ha I'm clueless! What's a good gift to give to the "man who has everything"?
Buy him a bunch of balloons and deliver them in person. Then take him to dinner, after that take a nice walk and chat end the walk at your place where you have a home made birthday cake for him and cute card.It is a endless gift. What's a good gift to give to the "man who has everything"?
Maybe you could make him something? If you are any good at sewing you could make him a huge fleece blanket. Most men like blankets and they're very handy in the winter time. You can make one side a solid color fleece and the other a print you think he would like, then sew it together. Or, if he smokes you could get him a nice engraved lighter. What's a good gift to give to the "man who has everything"?
go with something that he doesn't have. Maybe like a photo album of pictures of you and him together. You don't have to make it a lovey dovey type thing but, like pictures of you and him together having a blast. Pictures show a million words.
