How long does a cornish game hen take to dethaw?

I bought 7 game hens to make for Christmas. I don't know how long before I actually cook them to take them out and let them thaw in the refrigerator. I know I have taken Hams or Turkeys out before hand and for some reason they are always a little bit on the frozen side and I want mine totally dethawed.
