Does she really like me?

Okay so there is this girl I work with and have known for 5 years since I was 14.

So over the past few months, I believe or at least I know have begun to fall for each other. We are both shy and are spitting images of each other. Anyways, at work we used to talk to each other but very nervously and she would/does hang around me. Also I check her secretly checking me out. Despite this we never really talk outside of work.

So, I was coming home from college(we both commute to NYC for school) and I were coincidently on the same train. I walked by her without noticing and got a text a minute later saying she saw me on the train, so I went and sat with her. It was very awkward and consisted of small talk. So come next week, I sit with her again and we sort of hit it off and for the first time I felt our encounter felt "normal". Even when there were nervous encounters she always laughs at what I have to say and what not. I felt really good when I got off the train, I take things slow as you can see. So next day we are both scheduled to work(at a restaurant) and she flat out ignores me, and I sort of did the same. I could just sense the tension in the air. Well needless to say 3 hours into the shift she started to flirt with me and we begin to talk as though we never ignored each other in the first place. So may I ask, does this girl like me? Or is she being shy and reluctant, I think I am doing the same thing she is doing(so maybe she is thinking the same thing?) What do you all think? ThanksDoes she really like me?
I totally get where this girl is coming from. She probably just gets shy around guys(i do the same thing) Just keep doing what you are doing but ask her if she wants to hang out(outside of work). When i say hang out i don't mean ask out. She probably likes you and you should just be around her more often outside of work so that she feels a bit more comfortable. You seem to be doing just about the right thing so don't even worry.

by the sound of it you like her alot! maybe she likes you two with what you are describing. the fact that she was flirting with you is a sign she likes you =D try and be more relaxed around her and youll have her hooked =] keep it up nd good luck!
