i am turning 20 next week and i am a student in nyc .. my budget for my bday is approx 150 dollars and i want a sophisticated place for a dinner for my friends which is open till 1 am atleast and takes reservations .. any suggestions ? i love restaurants like buddakan but i want more options like these ?Could you please tell ?
