How hard would it be to get a loan, im starving?

im a college student, this is NYC and i've been going to job interviews a few times a week but dont get hired. every bar/restaurant says ' u need nyc experience.' i have a loan thats covering tuition and my rent but my electricity's bout to get shut off in a few days, and i am running out of food and theres $7 in my account. how hard would it be to get a loan so i can keep living? my credit is probably not good. can i tell the bank i need money for books and spend it on food?How hard would it be to get a loan, im starving?

Bad credit + no job = no loan. Why would a bank give you a loan when you have ZERO means to pay it back?? If you have no collateral, you will never get a personal loan even if you had credit and a job. Your time is better spent looking for a job than begging for a loan that will never happen. Look for jobs that are NOT at a bar/restaurant.How hard would it be to get a loan, im starving?
That's not going to happen. How do you propose to pay it back? The bank will want to know what income you have to repay the loan. No income = no loan.
